Who is eligible to join JK Connect?
Any registered JK distributor (L1) or retail dealer (L2) with a valid GSTIN, PAN, and Aadhaar can apply. L2 retailers must be linked to an active L1 partner in their territory.
How are cashback points calculated?
Points are calculated against your GSTIN-linked invoices. L2 retailers earn 1–2% based on product slab; L1 distributors earn up to 3.5% plus volume-based bonus tiers. Rates are reviewed quarterly.
What is the payout timeline?
Redemption requests are processed in T+2 working days via NEFT/RTGS to your registered bank account. You'll receive SMS confirmation at initiation and on completion.
Is the cashback taxable?
Yes. Cashback received under this programme is treated as business income and applicable TDS is deducted at source in line with prevailing income tax rules. Annual TDS certificates are made available in your dashboard.
How long does approval take?
L1 applications are approved by JK Admin within 24–48 working hours. L2 applications are routed to your selected L1 partner, who typically approves within 1–2 working days.
Can I change my linked L1 partner later?
Yes. L2 retailers can request a change of parent L1 distributor from their dashboard. The new L1 must accept the request, after which future points accrue to the new linkage. Existing balances are not affected.
What documents do I need to keep ready?
Please have scanned copies of your PAN card, Aadhaar card, GST certificate and a cancelled cheque (or bank passbook first page) ready. Files must be under 5 MB each in JPG, PNG or PDF format.
